Shipping and Returns: FAQ

Each piece comes in an organic cotton drawstring bag and is carefully and lovingly packaged in plastic-free recyclable materials.
If it is a gift for someone else, feel free to leave me a message at checkout to include in the package from you.

Once payment has been made, all jewellery will be posted within 1-3 business days.
I currently use Australia Post for all my delivery items. You will receive a notification in your email once your item is on the way which will include a tracking number.
Please expect some delays due to Covid-19
If you need your order in a hurry please select Express at checkout.

International Orders:

Due to COVID-19 International Orders can be severely delayed. Australia Post estimates 9-12 days for standard delivery but it can be much longer.

I will gladly accept exchanges, as I only want you wearing pieces you truly love!
Contact me within 10 days of receiving your item and ship the unworn items still in their original packaging back within 30 days at buyers expense.
If you believe there is something faulty with your item when it arrives please let me know ASAP so that I can make it right.
Please note that each item is handcrafted and some minor imperfections are normal. These are what make your items beautiful and unique - just like you.
